Algorhythm Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ:RIME) announced that its subsidiary SemiCab India has expanded its managed freight services agreement with Procter & Gamble India.
The annual contract value increased by 32% to $4.2 million. This marks the third contract expansion awarded by P&G India to SemiCab India.
Under the expanded deal, lane volume will grow from 42 to 65 lanes, a more than 50% increase.
SemiCab India provides AI-powered freight orchestration services through its technology platform, integrating with existing transportation management systems.

Algorhythm Holdings is an AI technology company focused on logistics and distribution through its SemiCab subsidiary, operating since 2020.
The platform uses real-time data to coordinate freight operations.
CEO Gary Atkinson stated the company aims to expand its SaaS offering into U.S. and European markets.
Recently, Algorhythm reported Q1 2026 net sales of $2.4 million, an 1,850% increase year-over-year.
