Residents living at 157 Alimardan bey Topchubashov Street in the Nasimi district are facing danger.
According to Baku TV, the two-story residential building is in a dilapidated condition.
Residents say the ceiling and floor are about to collapse, and deep cracks have appeared on the walls.
"The whole ceiling is coming down on us. People are scared. Once I heard a loud rumbling sound and thought, 'Oh God, what is this?' My daughter said a house had collapsed nearby. If it collapses again, I'll be buried under the house," one resident noted.
