The details of the drowning of three family members in a reservoir in Aghdam region have become known.
Relatives of the family told Oxu.Az that the incident did not occur while swimming.
Sharif Isgandarov (born 1985), a resident of Jinli village, went to rest in Khachindarband village with his wife Humay and three children.
While taking photos near the reservoir, 12-year-old Ulvi slipped and fell into the water. His mother Humay and father Sharif jumped in to save him.
Sharif managed to pull his wife and son out but then sank in a muddy area. The other two children, Tunar and Fidan, drowned while trying to save their father.
