Baku TV investigated recent allegations at Nizami Medical Center, where employee Bahruz Nasiriv claims he was forced to resign.

Department head Samir Mammadov initially agreed to comment but then refused. Lawyer Shamil Pashayev stated that forcing an employee to resign is illegal, with fines of 1500-2000 manat for violations.
