LONDON - Ashtead Technology Holdings plc (LSE:AT.) announced that shareholders approved all 18 resolutions at the company’s Annual General Meeting held today.
The subsea technology solutions provider for the offshore energy sector conducted voting by poll. Resolution 1 received the highest approval rate at 99.9974% with 51,296,328 votes for and 1,319 against.
Resolution 17 also saw strong support with 99.9995% approval, garnering 51,920,931 votes for and 245 against. Resolution 8 had the lowest approval rate at 87.2036%, with 45,274,704 votes for and 6,643,710 against.
Other notable results included Resolution 13 with 99.9762% approval and Resolution 2 with 96.3603% support, receiving 49,409,678 votes for and 1,866,272 against.
The company stated that details of all votes cast will be available on its website. Copies of all resolutions passed, excluding ordinary business matters, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism in accordance with UK Listing Rule 6.4.2.
As of the announcement date, Ashtead Technology has 80,976,397 shares in issue. Withheld votes are not counted as votes in law and are excluded from percentage calculations for or against any resolution.
