BT Group plc announced that Patricia Cobian will join its board as Group Chief Financial Officer Designate on July 20, 2026, and assume the CFO role on September 1, 2026.

She succeeds Simon Lowth, who will remain with BT until January 31, 2027, to facilitate a smooth transition.

BT Group also announced governance changes effective June 1, 2026, including Maggie Chan Jones joining the Remuneration Committee.
