HORSHAM, UK – Ceres Power Holdings plc (LSE:CWR) announced that Trine Borum Bojsen completed her term as non-executive director at the annual general meeting.
Bojsen did not seek re-election due to increased responsibilities at Equinor, where she was promoted to Senior Vice President PWR Global Offshore Wind.
She served on the Ceres Power board for four years.
Warren Finegold, Group Chair, thanked Bojsen for her contributions.
Ceres Power develops fuel cell and electrolyser technology for clean energy applications.
