Coventry Building Society announced Monday that Jen Tippin will join its board as a non-executive director on September 1, 2026.
Tippin has over 30 years of experience in transformation and operations at regulated financial institutions. She previously held senior executive positions at NatWest Group and Lloyds Banking Group and has served on boards in both public and private sectors.
David Thorburn, chair of Coventry Building Society, said Tippin "brings a wealth of banking experience and a proven track record in leading complex digital and transformational change."
The appointment adds banking sector expertise to the board of the mutual financial institution.
