HOUSTON – Crown Castle Inc. (NYSE:CCI) announced Wednesday two executive appointments and organizational changes. The $40.4 billion infrastructure company is restructuring its leadership team.
Kris Hinson has been appointed Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer. He previously served as Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer since 2023.
Mark Lennon has been named Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer. Lennon most recently served as CIO and Digital Officer at Netpower.
In his new role, Hinson will manage customer commercial relationships and commercial strategy. Lennon will lead data, digital and information security strategies.
Cathy Piche will continue as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Hamilton West has been promoted to Vice President of Corporate Finance and Treasurer.
Hinson holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and an AB in Economics from Harvard College. Before Crown Castle, he spent 13 years at ExxonMobil.
