Eden Research plc (AIM:EDEN) announced today that Derek McAllan has stepped down from the Board with immediate effect due to ill health.
McAllan served as a non-executive director and chair of the Audit Committee at the biopesticide and biocontrol technology company. Rob Cridland will serve as interim chair of the Audit Committee until a replacement is appointed.
During his tenure, McAllan guided the company through regulatory approvals and capital raising activities.

His insight, professionalism and commitment have been greatly valued. We are naturally saddened that ill health has led to his retirement and we wish him a full recovery and all the very best for the future."
The company stated that no further disclosures are required pursuant to Schedule Two of the AIM Rules.
