Ferrexpo plc (LSE:FXPO) announced its 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on June 29, 2026.

The iron ore producer will address limited routine items, including director re-elections and share buyback authority.

The company has not yet published its audited 2025 financial results. Due to the delay, some resolutions, such as auditor reappointment, will be handled at a separate meeting.

Vitalii Lisovenko will not seek re-election and will retire from the board after the AGM.
