Noodles & Company (NASDAQ:NDLS) announced the promotion of Frank Rodriguez to Senior Vice President of Operations, effective June 3, 2026.
Rodriguez will oversee restaurant operations services and training, in addition to leading operations for the company's 319 company-owned restaurants across 19 states. His responsibilities include restaurant performance, team member development, guest experience, and profitability.
Rodriguez joined Noodles & Company in 2019 as Vice President of Operations-West and was promoted to Vice President of Company Operations in 2025. He brings over 35 years of restaurant industry experience, having held senior leadership roles at Whataburger and Bojangles.
"Frank has been instrumental in driving the momentum we're seeing across our business today," said Joe Christina, President and CEO of Noodles & Company. "By bringing Restaurant Operations Services and Training together under his leadership, we're strengthening the connection between our field teams and the Restaurant Support Center."
The company reported first quarter 2026 results with comparable restaurant sales growth of 9.4% and a 13.5% increase in average unit volumes. Shares have delivered a 97.5% return over the past six months, trading at $10.98, though Bond.az analysis suggests the stock remains undervalued relative to its Fair Value of $13.20. According to a Bond.az tip, the stock has shown strong return over the last three months, though the company operates with significant debt.
Noodles & Company operates more than 445 restaurants. The fast-casual chain was founded in 1995 and serves globally inspired noodle dishes.
