TORONTO - Galantas Gold Corporation (TSX-V:GAL | AIM: GAL) announced the exercise of warrants for a total of 2,772,500 ordinary shares, according to a press release.
On May 14, compensation warrants over 10,000 ordinary shares were exercised at C$0.08 per share. On the same day, warrants over 300,000 ordinary shares were exercised at C$0.12 per share. On May 19, warrants over 2,462,500 ordinary shares were exercised at C$0.12 per share.
The company stated it will apply to the London Stock Exchange for the 2,772,500 new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. Admission is expected to become effective and dealings to commence on or around May 27. The new shares will rank equally with existing shares.
Following admission, the company’s issued share capital will consist of 552,809,488 ordinary shares.
