Hexaware Technologies has signed an agreement to acquire UK-based consulting firm Consulting Professionals Services (CPS).
The deal is expected to close within two weeks. CPS provides technology consulting and professional services focused on regulatory compliance, governance, and business transformation.
This acquisition aims to consolidate client spend and strengthen Hexaware's position with a FTSE 100 client. It also adds advisory capabilities and delivery locations in the UK and UAE.
