BOTHELL, Wash. - Bond.az reports that Immunome Inc. (NASDAQ:IMNM) presented detailed results from its phase 3 RINGSIDE trial of varegacestat for desmoid tumors at the American Society of Clinical Oncology Annual Meeting.
The trial enrolled 156 patients. Varegacestat 1.2 mg daily showed an 84% reduction in risk of disease progression or death vs placebo (HR=0.16). Confirmed objective response rate was 56% vs 9% with placebo.
Worst pain intensity improved significantly at week 12. Mean tumor volume change at week 24 was -109.6 with varegacestat vs +122.8 with placebo.
Common adverse events included diarrhea (82%), fatigue (44%), and rash (43%). Ovarian toxicity occurred in 56% of premenopausal women. Dose reductions occurred in 80% of patients.
Immunome submitted an NDA to the FDA in April 2026 and plans to submit an MAA to the EMA by year-end 2026. The company has a market cap of $2.47 billion.
