NEW YORK - Inspired Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:INSE) has promoted Craig Wilson to Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective May 14, as announced in a press release.

Wilson succeeds James Richardson, who stepped down as CFO and will assist with the transition for three months.

Wilson joined Inspired in 2025 as Vice President of Finance and Accounting. Previously, he spent six years at Charles River Laboratories International, Inc., most recently as Director of Accounting and Global Consolidations. From 2014 to 2019, he served as Financial Controller, International Corporate at Walgreens Boots Alliance.

Wilson holds a Bachelor of Arts degree with honors in accounting from Napier University in Edinburgh, Scotland. He became a chartered accountant with The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland in 2013.

Brooks Pierce, President and CEO of Inspired, stated that Wilson's promotion reflects the Board's confidence in his ability to lead the finance function.

Inspired Entertainment provides gaming content, technology, hardware and services to licensed gaming, betting and lottery operators.

In other recent news, Inspired Entertainment reported Q1 2026 earnings with an EPS of -0.02, beating the forecast of -0.1 by 80%. However, revenue was $57.2 million, slightly below the forecast of $59.11 million. Despite this, the company's strategic execution appears on track.
