DENMARK - Jyske Bank purchased 66,770 of its own shares during week 21 of 2026, according to a press release.
The transactions took place between May 18 and May 22, with an average purchase price of DKK 901.28 per share. The total transaction value for the week amounted to DKK 60.28 million.
The share buyback program runs from February 5, 2026 until January 29, 2027. Jyske Bank will acquire its own shares for a maximum value of DKK 3 billion during this period.
The program is conducted in accordance with EU Market Abuse Regulation and EU Commission Delegated Regulation.
As of the latest announcement, the bank had repurchased a total of 1,059,392 shares under the program at an average price of DKK 904.15, representing a total value of DKK 957.85 million.
Following settlement, Jyske Bank will own 4,368,920 of its own shares, excluding customer investments and trading inventory. This represents 7.10% of the company's share capital.
