KULR Technology Group Inc. (NYSE American: KULR) announced today it is working with Factorial Inc. to integrate solid-state and lithium-metal battery cell technologies into drone battery packs. The company has a market capitalization of $167 million and demonstrated strong revenue growth of 62% over the last twelve months.
The integration work is part of Factorial's deployment effort for its battery platform across drone systems in the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific. KULR is supporting integration focused on adapting Factorial cells for unmanned aircraft systems flight environments through battery safety, thermal management, and pack design.

The companies recently displayed initial battery pack demonstrations at XPONENTIAL 2026 in Detroit.
