Law Debenture Corporation announced a first interim dividend of 8.875 pence per share, a 6% increase from last year.

The dividend will be paid on July 3, 2026, to shareholders registered by June 5, 2026. Shares go ex-dividend on June 4, 2026.

The board plans each of the first three interim dividends for 2026 to equal one quarter of the total 2025 dividend of 35.5 pence per share.

The company says its Independent Professional Services business and reserves help maintain a 47-year track record of dividend growth.

Law Debenture's equity portfolio is managed by Janus Henderson Investors. The Independent Professional Services business accounts for 16% of net asset value.
