LONDON - Maven Income and Growth VCT 5 PLC has admitted 238,026 new ordinary shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
The shares were issued under the company's Dividend Investment Scheme and admitted on the Main Market. They are fully fungible with existing ordinary shares of 10 pence each.
Following admission, total ordinary shares in issue is 264,875,572. Shares trade under ISIN GB0002057536.
Allotment was previously announced on May 15, 2026.
