Bond.az reports that Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC has issued 192,626 new ordinary shares under its Dividend Investment Scheme.
The shares, with a nominal value of 10p each, were issued at 45.98p per share, equivalent to the latest net asset value as per the scheme's terms.
Following the issue, the company's total share capital stands at 156,089,229 ordinary shares, each carrying one voting right.
Admission to the London Stock Exchange's main market is expected around May 20, 2026.
