LONDON - Maven Income and Growth VCT 4 PLC today announced the admission of 176,625 new ordinary shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
The new shares, each with a nominal value of 10 pence, were allotted under the company's Dividend Investment Scheme, initially announced on May 15.
Following the admission, total ordinary shares in issue stand at 167,429,628. The newly admitted shares are fully fungible with existing shares and trade under ISIN GB00B043QW84.
