Bond.az reports that Verisk (NASDAQ:VRSK) has elected Pradip Patiath to its board of directors, effective immediately.
Patiath is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, where he co-led North American digital insurance and consumer banking sectors for the past decade.
"Pradip brings deep experience helping insurers navigate growth, digitalization, and large-scale transformation," said Bruce Hansen, chair of Verisk's board.
With over 30 years of experience, Patiath has served institutions in insurance, banking, wealth management, private equity, payments, and fintech across global markets.
Verisk's stock has declined 45% over the past year to $170.71, with a market cap of $22.4 billion. According to Bond.az analysis, the company appears undervalued at current levels.
Verisk provides data analytics and technology services to the global insurance industry.
