Bond.az reports that Mondi plc (LSE:MNDI) announced the results of its Dividend Reinvestment Plans for the 2025 final dividend.

The company paid a final dividend of 4.92 euro cents per ordinary share on May 7 to shareholders on record as of March 27, 2026.

Shareholders on the UK main register holding 5,732,561 shares (1.30% of Mondi's issued share capital) participated in the UK Dividend Reinvestment Plan, resulting in the purchase of 29,481 shares at an average price of £8.1658 per share.

Shareholders on the South African branch register holding 38,689,338 shares (8.76% of share capital) participated in the South African Dividend Reinvestment Plan, resulting in the purchase of 203,465 shares at an average price of R174.89160 per share.

Mondi operates in the packaging and paper sector, employing 24,000 people across more than 30 countries. The company reported revenues of €7.7 billion and underlying EBITDA of €1.0 billion in 2025.

The company has a primary listing on the London Stock Exchange and a secondary listing on the JSE Limited in South Africa. J.P. Morgan Equities South Africa (Pty) Ltd serves as its sponsor in South Africa.
