LONDON - Marks & Spencer Group plc (LSE:MKS) announced that Cheryl Potter will step down from the Board on July 7, 2026, and will not seek re-election at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Potter has served as a Non-Executive Director at the British retailer since March 1, 2023.
Archie Norman, speaking on behalf of the Board, thanked Potter for her contribution during a period of transformation initiatives, including digital capability development and operational improvements.
"It has been a privilege to serve as a Non-Executive Director at Marks & Spencer," Potter said.
