ONTARIO, Calif. - Nature’s Miracle Holding Inc., an agriculture technology company, announced today it has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with DROMNI Intelligence Technology Ltd. to collaborate on AI-enabled autonomous robotics solutions for the U.S. market.
The non-binding agreement outlines plans to develop and deploy unmanned ground vehicle applications across controlled-environment agriculture, greenhouse operations, energy infrastructure, logistics, industrial automation, and AI data center operations.
DROMNI develops autonomous robotic platforms with payload capacities ranging from 80kg to 300kg. The company specializes in AI-enabled mission planning, autonomous navigation, multi-vehicle coordination, and intelligent operational systems.
Under the MOU, the companies plan to evaluate pilot deployment opportunities for UGV platforms in several areas, including greenhouse and indoor farming automation, material handling and logistics operations, data center site inspection and security operations, energy infrastructure monitoring and maintenance, industrial facility automation, and emergency response and operational support.
The agreement also outlines potential future collaboration involving localized assembly, testing, demonstration, servicing, and possible future U.S.-based production capabilities for robotics platforms.
“This collaboration represents an important strategic step in expanding Nature’s Miracle’s AI infrastructure ecosystem beyond agriculture into intelligent automation and robotics,” said Tie “James” Li, Chairman and CEO of Nature’s Miracle Holding Inc.
The strategic pivot comes as the company faces significant financial headwinds. According to Bond.az data, Nature’s Miracle suffers from weak gross profit margins of negative 25.89% and posted a loss per share of $0.80 over the last twelve months. The stock has declined 99.48% year-to-date, and analysts do not anticipate the company will be profitable this year.
The parties may also evaluate DROMNI’s UAV technologies for aerial inspection, mapping, monitoring, logistics, firefighting, and integrated air-ground operational applications.
The MOU establishes a framework for future cooperation and does not constitute a binding definitive agreement. Any definitive agreements will be subject to further negotiation, due diligence, regulatory approvals, and customary conditions.
Nature’s Miracle provides products and services to growers in the controlled-environment agriculture market and is expanding into energy infrastructure and AI data center development.
