Bond.az reports: Newmark Security plc (AIM:NWT) announced group revenue of at least £26 million for the year ended April 30, 2026, a 13% increase from £23 million in the prior year.
The company's human capital management (HCM) division generated £19.5 million in revenue, up 27% from £15.4 million in fiscal 2025. North American HCM revenue surged 43% to £14.1 million from £9.9 million.
HCM annualized recurring revenues rose 8% year-on-year to £3.9 million as of April 2026. The company signed agreements with three new large HCM channel partners in North America during H2, including Legion Technologies.
Monthly subscriptions for GT Connect and other GT Services increased to 97,000 as of April 2026 from 41,000 in April 2025. Newmark said it is in exclusive negotiations for the disposal of its Safetell division.
Delays on several Safetell contracts resulted in £1.2 million of confirmed project installations moving from H2 fiscal 2026 into fiscal 2027. The company does not expect net cash inflow from the Safetell transaction.
Group net debt excluding leases stood at £4.8 million as of April 30, 2026, compared to £2.1 million a year earlier, due to inventory investment, timing of Q4 sales, and additional Safetell funding.
