Noble Corporation plc (NYSE:NE) announced Wednesday the appointment of Jeff Miller to its board of directors.
Miller serves as Chairman of the Board, President, and CEO of Halliburton. He joined Halliburton in 1997 and has held positions including COO, Senior VP of Business Development, Regional VP of Gulf of Mexico, and Operations VP of Angola and Indonesia.
Charles M. Sledge, Chairman of Noble's Board, said Miller brings industry expertise and experience in strategic planning and international business.
Miller holds a BS in agriculture and business from McNeese State University and an MBA from Texas A&M University.
Noble Corporation is an offshore drilling contractor focused on ultra-deepwater and high-spec jackup drilling. The company has provided contract drilling services since 1921.
In other recent news, Noble reported Q1 2026 earnings, beating expectations with adjusted EPS of $0.26 vs $0.2533 forecast. Revenue was $785.69M, above the $733.27M estimate. Evercore ISI raised its price target from $45 to $59, maintaining an In Line rating.
