Ocado Admits 62,729 Shares to London Stock Exchange

BOND.AZ - Ocado Group plc (LSE:OCDO) has announced the admission of 62,729 ordinary shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange.

The shares were allotted under the Ocado Restricted Share Plan and admitted to trading between April 15, 2026 and today. The newly issued shares are fungible with existing shares.

Following the issuance, Ocado's total number of shares in issue and admitted to trading stands at 842,018,947. The ordinary shares have a nominal value of 2 pence each and trade under ISIN GB00B3MBS747.

The notification was made in accordance with the Financial Conduct Authority's Prospectus Rules.

Ruth Westley, Interim Director of Corporate Governance at Ocado Group plc, arranged the release of the announcement.
