LONDON - ProVen VCT plc has admitted 9,644,045 new ordinary shares to trading on the London Stock Exchange Main Market across three separate tranches.
The company issued 3,993,353 shares on March 31, followed by 5,128,680 shares on April 7, and 523,012 shares on May 11. The shares, with ISIN GB00B8GH9P84, are fully fungible with existing ordinary shares.
Following the final admission on May 11, ProVen VCT's total securities in issue reached 302,634,198 shares.
The new shares were allotted pursuant to an offer for subscription issued jointly with ProVen Growth and Income VCT plc on November 17, 2025.
