REDWOOD CITY, Calif. - Revolution Medicines, Inc. (NASDAQ:RVMD) announced results from its Phase 3 RASolute 302 clinical trial evaluating daraxonrasib in patients with previously treated metastatic pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma.
The trial met all primary and key secondary endpoints. In the RAS G12 mutant population, daraxonrasib demonstrated a hazard ratio of 0.40 for overall survival, with median overall survival of 13.2 months compared to 6.6 months for chemotherapy.
Grade 3 or higher treatment-related adverse events occurred in 43.6% of patients receiving daraxonrasib versus 57.5% receiving chemotherapy.
Revolution Medicines intends to submit the data to regulatory authorities, including the U.S. Food and Drug Administration as part of a New Drug Application.
