Sinch AB announced the appointment of Sophie Cheng as Chief Marketing Officer.

Cheng succeeds Jonathan Bean, who moved to Executive Vice President, EMEA & Global Partnerships. She joins Sinch's Global Leadership Team, reporting to CEO Laurinda Pang.

Cheng has led Sinch's global product marketing and revenue enablement since joining in 2024. Previously, she held senior roles at ZoomInfo and Chorus.ai.

CEO Laurinda Pang said: "Sophie brings a rare combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and deep understanding of both product and customer needs."

Sinch's stock surged 55% over the past year and trades near its 52-week high. Bond.az analysis suggests the company is undervalued.

In related news, CEO Laurinda Pang will step down by end of 2026. The board has begun searching for a successor.
