LONDON - Travis Perkins plc held its Annual General Meeting on Thursday. All 17 proposed resolutions were approved by shareholders.
The meeting took place at Linklaters in London with 5 shareholders present. Resolutions 1 to 14 were passed as ordinary resolutions and 15 to 17 as special resolutions.
Shareholders approved a final dividend of 7.5 pence per share for FY 2025. The annual accounts received 100% approval.
The directors' remuneration report gained 99.46% support.
Gavin Slark was elected as a director with 99.80% approval. Several directors were re-elected: Duncan Cooper (99.97%), Marianne Culver (98.74%), Geoff Drabble (88.50%).
Deloitte LLP was reappointed as auditor with 99.98% approval.
Resolution 14 (allot shares) passed with 79.43% support but faced 36,629,478 votes against. Resolution 15 (pre-emption rights) passed with 76.36% support but had 42,092,367 votes against. The board acknowledged these votes and will engage with shareholders.
Total voting shares on May 19, 2026: 212,509,334.
