Adjusted EPS was RMB0.02, beating the estimate of -RMB0.75.
Revenue reached RMB2.38 billion ($345.2 million), up 15.3% YoY.
Growth was driven by both E-Commerce and Brand Management divisions.
Adjusted operating profit was RMB8.1 million, vs a loss of RMB66.9 million a year ago.
CFO: "We are pleased with 15% revenue growth and return to profitability, especially in a seasonally soft quarter."
Product sales revenue surged 29.1% to RMB1.05 billion.
Services revenue increased 6.5% to RMB1.34 billion.
Brand Management revenue jumped 38.8%, driven by Gap brand.
Working capital days improved to 109 from 193.
