Digital Turbine (APPS) reported Q4 results beating expectations and issued fiscal 2027 guidance above consensus, sending shares up 17%.
The mobile ad platform posted adjusted EPS of $0.16, beating estimates by $0.06. Revenue was $142.5 million, surpassing the $129.28 million consensus and up 20% YoY.
For fiscal 2027, revenue guidance is $630-650 million, midpoint $640 million above the $619 million consensus. Adjusted EBITDA expected at $135-145 million.

Full fiscal 2026 revenue was $565.3 million, up 15% YoY; adjusted net income $64.9 million ($0.56 per share); adjusted EBITDA grew 69% to $122.5 million.
