Mr. Taneja sold 3,000 shares of Tesla common stock at $450 per share. These sales were part of a pre-arranged Rule 10b5-1 trading plan adopted on November 17, 2025. Approximately 1,337 shares were used to cover tax withholding obligations related to stock option exercises.
