Xcel Energy Inc. (NASDAQ:XEL) held its 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders on Wednesday. Shareholders elected all ten director nominees proposed by the board.
The elected directors include Megan Burkhart, Lynn Casey, Maria Demaree, Robert Frenzel, Netha Johnson, Patricia Kampling, George Kehl, Charles Pardee, Devin Stockfish, and Timothy Welsh. Each nominee received more votes in favor than against.
Shareholders also approved executive compensation on an advisory basis and ratified the appointment of Deloitte & Touche LLP as independent auditor.
