Bond.az reports that Netherlands stocks were higher after the close on Monday, as gains in the Oil & Gas, Healthcare, and Industrials sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Amsterdam, the AEX rose 0.52%.
The best performers: Wolters Kluwer (+4.21%), Relx PLC (+3.97%), Shell PLC (+3.39%).
The worst performers: Magnum Ice Cream Nv (-3.78%), ASML Holding (-3.23%), BE Semiconductor Industries (-2.29%).
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones: 55 to 44. 7 stocks ended unchanged.
The AEX Volatility index held steady at 21.09.
Crude oil rose 1.94% to $102.98/barrel. Brent oil rose 1.67% to $111.09/barrel. Gold futures fell 0.33% to $4,546.65/oz.
EUR/USD was unchanged at 1.16. EUR/GBP fell 0.58% to 0.87. The US Dollar Index fell 0.26%.
