Bond.az reports that Cathie Wood's ARK Venture Fund has invested in Hark Labs' Series A funding round.
Hark Labs announced Thursday it raised over $700 million in Series A funding at a $6 billion post-money valuation. The round was led by Parkway Venture Capital.
Other participants included NVIDIA, Align Ventures, AMD Ventures, Brookfield, Greycroft, Intel Capital, Prime Movers Lab, Qualcomm Ventures, Salesforce Ventures, and Tamarack Global.
The company is developing AI systems for enterprise deployment and operational workflows. Hark builds foundation models, software, hardware, and interfaces as part of a vertically integrated approach to personal intelligence products.
The funding will support advanced personalized intelligence and hardware serving as an interface between humans and machines.
Brett Adcock, Founder and CEO of Hark, said: 'We're building the AI that everyone deserves but no one has built yet — one that actually knows you, speaks your language, is highly personalized, and lives on hardware made for you. This funding helps us put that in people's hands quickly and at scale.'
Hark plans to release its AI models later this summer, providing access to its personal AI platform. The company will then introduce hardware devices designed for these systems.
