Electrical workers at BHP's Port Hedland bulk port terminal will vote on work stoppages after six months of failed talks, the Electrical Trades Union said.
The union claims management sent unauthorized negotiators and workers face disparities in labor conditions.
Union Secretary Adam Woodage said workers are left with protected industrial action as the only option.
