European stocks ended mixed on Friday, while oil prices fell on reports of a potential U.S.-Iran ceasefire extension.
The pan-European Stoxx 600 rose 0.1%, Germany's DAX gained 0.1%, France's CAC 40 dipped 0.1%, and the UK's FTSE 100 declined 0.2%.
The U.S. and Iran are said to have reached a tentative agreement to extend the ceasefire by 60 days, pending approval from President Trump. The deal would also allow shipping to resume through the Strait of Hormuz.
Brent crude fell 1.9% to $91.93 a barrel, easing from recent highs but remaining above pre-conflict levels.
Germany's consumer price growth slowed in May, while Italy's accelerated. Defense stocks rose after a drone strike in Romania.
