Bond.az reports that Finland stocks were higher at the close on Tuesday, driven by gains in the Healthcare, Technology and Consumer Services sectors.
At the close in Helsinki, the OMX Helsinki 25 rose 0.19%.
Top performers: Qt Group Oyj (HE:QTCOM) surged 9.26% (+2.20) to 25.96; Orion Oyj B (HE:ORNBV) added 3.26% (+2.25) to 71.20; TietoEVRY Corp (HE:TIETO) gained 2.46% (+0.49) to 20.38.
Worst performers: Wartsila Oyj Abp (HE:WRT1V) fell 2.29% (-0.79) to 33.68; Hiab Oyj (HE:HIAB) dropped 1.94% (-0.98) to 49.62; Metso Oyj (HE:METSO) declined 1.64% (-0.25) to 14.98.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones 94 to 76 on the Helsinki Stock Exchange, with 18 unchanged. TietoEVRY Corp hit a 52-week high, rising 2.46% to 20.38.
In commodities: Brent oil for July delivery fell 1.10% to $110.87/barrel; WTI crude fell 0.57% to $103.79/barrel; Gold futures dropped 1.00% to $4,512.42/oz.
In currencies: EUR/USD down 0.45% to 1.16; EUR/GBP unchanged at 0.87. US Dollar Index Futures rose 0.17% to 99.28.
