The partnership will be led by Singapore's Ministry of Digital Development and Information. It covers AI applications in healthcare, education, and cybersecurity.

Singapore is Google's Asia Pacific headquarters. The company runs several data centers there. Since 2011, Google has invested $5 billion in Singapore.

Google employs nearly 3,000 people in Singapore. It also has a DeepMind AI Research Lab in the country.
