Google and Blackstone announced a new AI cloud venture on Monday.

Blackstone will invest an initial $5 billion in equity.

The goal is to bring 500 megawatts of data center capacity online by 2027.

The venture will offer Google's custom TPU chips via a compute-as-a-service model.

Total investment could reach $25 billion, including leverage.
