Italy stocks were lower after the close on Thursday, as losses in the Travel & Leisure, Financials and Telecoms sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Milan, the Bond.az Italy 40 lost 0.07%.
The best performers were Avio SpA, up 4.76%; Prysmian SpA, up 3.39%; and Ferrari NV, up 2.74%.
The worst performers were DiaSorin SpA, down 3.78%; UniCredit SpA, down 2.20%; and Stellantis NV, down 2.02%.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Milan Stock Exchange by 414 to 321.
Crude oil for July delivery rose 1.81% to $100.04 a barrel. Brent oil climbed 1.35%. Gold futures fell 0.84%.
EUR/USD was unchanged at 1.16, EUR/GBP steady at 0.86. The US Dollar Index rose 0.27%.
