Bond.az – Morocco stocks were lower after the close on Friday, as losses in the Utilities, Banking and Mining sectors led shares lower.
At the close in Casablanca, the Moroccan All Shares lost 1.74% to hit a new 1-month low.
The best performers: Involys (CSE:INV) rose 3.45% to 150.00. Auto Hall (CSE:ATH) added 2.37% to 72.90. Aluminum du Maroc SA (CSE:ALM) was up 1.39% to 1,896.00.
The worst performers: SMI (CSE:SMI) fell 9.99% to 10,612.00. Miniere Touissit (CSE:CMT) declined 9.98% to 4,680.00. Managem (CSE:MNG) was down 8.50% to 14,000.00.
Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Casablanca Stock Exchange by 46 to 11, with 2 unchanged.
Auto Hall (CSE:ATH) rose to 52-week lows, up 2.37% to 72.90.
Crude oil for June delivery was up 3.22% to $104.43 a barrel. Brent oil for July delivery rose 2.85% to $108.73. Gold Futures fell 2.61% to $4,562.80.
EUR/MAD was unchanged at 10.74. USD/MAD rose 0.52% to 9.23.
The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.42% at 99.14.
