Norway stocks were higher after the close on Thursday, driven by gains in Healthcare Equipment & Services, Pharma Biotech & Life Sciences, and Utilities sectors.
The Oslo OBX index added 0.33% at the close.
Top performers: Kongsberg Gruppen ASA (OL:KOG) rose 4.49% to 333.10 NOK. TGS NOPEC Geophysical Company ASA (OL:TGS) gained 4.37% to 152.70 NOK. Subsea 7 SA (OL:SUBC) was up 2.76% to 305.20 NOK.
Worst performers: Hafnia Ltd (OL:HAFNI) fell 6.09% to 70.95 NOK. Frontline Ltd (OL:FRO) declined 1.85% to 323.60 NOK. Hoegh Autoliners ASA (OL:HAUTO) dropped 1.69% to 139.20 NOK.
Declining stocks outnumbered advancers 139 to 127 on the Oslo Stock Exchange, with 15 unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery rose 1.06% to $89.62 per barrel. Brent oil for August gained 1.14% to $93.30. Gold futures increased 0.41% to $4,499.97 per troy ounce.
EUR/NOK was up 0.12% at 10.79, while USD/NOK fell 0.07% to 9.27. The US Dollar Index dropped 0.15% to 99.00.
