Bond.az reports that Israeli stocks were higher after the close on Friday, as gains in the Biomed, Technology, and Communication sectors led shares higher.
At the close in Tel Aviv, the TA 35 added 0.55%.
The best performers on the TA 35 were Nova (TASE:NVMI), rising 4.10% or 5,800.00 points to trade at 147,300.00; Mega Or (TASE:MGOR), up 3.57% or 2,350.00 points to 68,250.00; and Tel Aviv Stock Exchange (TASE:TASE), advancing 3.54% or 580.00 points to 16,950.00.
The worst performers were OPC Energy Ltd (TASE:OPCE), falling 5.06% or 660.00 points to 12,380.00; NICE Ltd (TASE:NICE), declining 3.02% or 780.00 points to 25,010.00; and Harel (TASE:HARL), down 2.29% or 420.00 points to 17,900.00.
Rising stocks outnumbered declining ones on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange by 283 to 185, with 83 unchanged.
Crude oil for July delivery fell 0.98% or 0.87 to $88.03 a barrel. Brent oil for August delivery dropped 1.42% or 1.32 to hit $91.38 a barrel. August Gold Futures rose 1.24% or 56.00 to trade at $4,588.40 a troy ounce.
USD/ILS was down 0.55% to 2.80, while EUR/ILS fell 0.66% to 3.26. The US Dollar Index Futures was down 0.15% at 98.82.
