Taiwan stocks ended lower on Monday; Taiwan Weighted unchanged. Industrial and tech sectors weighed on the market.

Taiwan stocks closed lower on Monday, dragged by losses in industrial and tech sectors.

The Taiwan Weighted index finished unchanged, hitting a fresh all-time high.

TCC Group Holdings Co Ltd (TW:1101) ended flat at 24.10. Asia Cement Corp (TW:1102) closed at 34.40, and Chia Hsin Cement Corp (TW:1103) at 13.10.

The same stocks were also the worst performers.

Crude oil plummeted: WTI fell 5.83% to $90.97, Brent dropped 5.35% to $94.85. Gold rose 0.66% to $4,586.37.

USD/TWD eased 0.20% to 31.40. The US dollar index dipped 0.22%.
