NeoVolta Inc. (NEOV) reported disappointing Q3 FY2026 results, missing earnings and revenue forecasts. EPS came in at -$0.08 versus expected -$0.03, and revenue was $2 million against $4.5 million forecast. The stock fell 10.46% in after-hours trading to $2.52.
Net loss widened to $3 million from $1.4 million a year ago. However, year-to-date revenue surged 262% to $13.3 million. CEO Ardes Johnson commented: 'While Q3 presented challenges, our year-to-date performance demonstrates strong business trajectory.'
NeoVolta is progressing with its Georgia manufacturing facility, with equipment arriving and installation targeted for June. The company received its first C&I purchase order from Luminia and is preparing for the NV Wave launch. Future EPS estimates remain negative, but management remains focused on strategic initiatives.
